The Richwood Community has among its amenities a spacious park with a lake, playground, roofed pavilion, picnic tables and a jogging/walking trail for use by members of the community.

For special occasions, members of the community may reserve the covered pavilion space for picnics, family gatherings, and reunions. During these planned events, this space MUST be reserved through the Homeowners Association to minimize any confusion that might arise.
